Got Metal?

Today I got a comment asking what kind of roofing is the best for greener living, and told them that my own personal opinion is that metal roofing is the best because you won’t have to replace it like you would with any other type of roofing.

And now I’m going to share with you about a company that sells metal supplies, some of which could be used for roofing. Industrial Metal Supply Co. is based in Southern California and Arizona, currently with 6 convenient locations. They supply all kinds of metal, any kind you can think of. From industrial steel to aluminum cuts of any shape and size you wish, they are the perfect place to satisfy your metal needs. But just in case you’re wondering, no, they don’t sell heavy metal music albums, not that I’m aware of anyway.

When you go to their site, you can choose from an array of metal materials: aluminum, brass, cast iron, cerro bend, copper, lead, silicon bronze, stainless steel, steel, tool steel, and zinc. And they also offer a variety of shapes: angle, bar, beam, channel, ingot, pipe, plate, sheet, shot, and tube.

When you select a metal, you can then input your own specifications, including the shape, the profile of the shape, the size, and the length in inches, and the number of pieces you want. You can come up with almost anything you need.

In fact, I’m pretty sure Kyle could even use Industrial Metal Supply for some of the metal things he makes for his car parts that he creates. You can really get creative with this and come up with anything. The only thing is, you probably need to know what you’re doing before you order. So if you need help, you can contact them yourself. They have their contact information on their site, so they are easy to get in touch with and ask questions.

So next time you’re in need of some metal, check them out.
