Update: Giveaway now closed.
When Fish Foam offered to do a giveaway here at 1house1couple, and said they’d sent me their product free to try out and review, I was all for it!
Okay, I know what you’re thinking… Why is it called “Fish Foam”? That’s really weird… right? But this stuff is awesome! And I’m gonna tell you why. But first I want to let you know that Fish Foam has offered to send their Fish Foam Window Cleaner to 3 lucky people who enter to win! Details below!
Cool Stuff About Fish Foam
Fish Foam can be used on any glass surface. It can also be used on non-glass surfaces, but it’s purpose is for glass and mirrors.
Fish Foam is more environmentally friendly than the other window sprays (it’s ammonia free!). It’s also not a spray, it’s a foam. Well, it’s kind of a foamy spray.
And this is where the fun comes in. Fish Foam is super fun to use because of the foaminess. I’d recommend trying it out just because it actually makes cleaning windows and glass fun. I actually had a good time cleaning stuff with Fish Foam. I even cleaned surfaces that weren’t glass and it worked quite well on those.
One of the problems is that it doesn’t work on soap scum, so it won’t really get a shower scummy door spic and span. But other than that it really gets all the dirt and water spots off of glass and mirrors and it leaves a “streak-free shine”.
Not only does Fish Foam have a product you can use yourself around your home, but they also have a professional window cleaning service in locations all around the country in almost all 50 states. So if it’s hard for you to reach some of your exterior (or interior) windows, or if you just don’t have the time to do it yourself, you can call on and count on Fish Foam window cleaning service.
My Adventure with Fish Foam
First, I tried out this premium foaming glass cleaner on our big living room window.
Next, I took it to the bathroom to try it on some other surfaces. First I tried it on our dirty water stained faucet (even though it’s not glass):
Look at this luscious foam:
After, a clean shiny faucet:
Next, I tried it on our dirty bathroom mirror:
Fish Foam Fun:
Wiping it down with a paper towel:
After, a clear mirror with no spots:
Then, I tried it on the shower door (even though they said it doesn’t do soap scum, just wanted to see what it did):
You will see that the door is still foggy from the soap scum, but if you look closely you will notice all the water spots are gone, so it definitely took care of one problem:
Then I took Fish Foam to Kyle’s parents house and cleaned some windows there.
And I cleaned their glass outdoor table top.
