Family Crazy People Time at Christmas

If you’re here for the first time, Start at the Beginning of the One House, One Couple Journey.

Since Kyle and I weren’t going to spend any time with family on Christmas or Christmas Eve, we had a celebration at my dad’s house on 12-22-08.

I don’t know if that’s cheating but Kyle seemed to be okay with it, so we went.

Here you will see some goofy shots of Lisha’s dad’s side of the family.

First we have goofy Lisha.

Goofy dad Terrill. This hat was a hit.

Did you know I play guitar? yep. This is my brother Evan's guitar (not pictured).

Goofy sisters (these are just 2 of my 7 sisters).

Okay, now only I'm being goofy.

Okay, now happy nice sisters.

Goofy everyone. From left to right: Kyle, Elijah, Mikealah, Ryan, Grandpa Bill (he's my stepmom Shawneen's dad, who we don't have a photo of, I guess because she was in the kitchen cooking while we were all messing around in the living room).

Goofy hamster.

actually not goofy, quite nice.

Just a little bit of randomness for you to get to know a small portion of my family. We have many branches in our family what with all the multiple marriages and kids birthed from each one. Kinda confusing so I’m not gonna go into that right now.

Hope you enjoyed the goofiness of Lisha’s Family Crazy People Time at Christmas :)

Lisha, let’s just say my family can drive me soo crazy…but I luv em!! Our holidays were pretty fun…bunch of games, drunken uncles and cousins, pink nail polish spilled on a cream colored rug, mulled cider, kids & adults throwing tantrums and dance central…u know, the usual. hehe =) Still can’t believe you have 7 sisters!! You guys must be so close!

Sounds like you had a fun and/or crazy time as well. I hear ya about the adults throwing tantrums, sometimes more than the kids do! And I cringe at the thought of pink nail polish on a cream colored rug! ah! As for being close with all my siblings, it’s a tough job, but I try to see everyone I can about once a month… our family is complicated, but oh well, it’s family :) thanks for stopping by Louise :)
